  • Student Registration

    Monroe College strives to provide an efficient registration system that allows students to successfully register for classes via Web Advisor. This page will help guide you through the registration process, including printing your Degree Audit (EVAL), referencing the Registration Book for course sequencing/pre-requisites, and reading descriptions of the courses offered at Monroe. 

    Please stop by your Student Services Office to meet with an advisor for assistance in selecting your classes for the Winter 2020 semester.

      Web Advisor:

      Web Advisor is your online resource for Registration and your personal Degree Audit (EVAL).

      Use Degree Audit to check your Graduation Requirements. You can also use Web Advisor to view your grades at the end of the semester.  You can access Web Advisor via MyMonroe, under the Single Sign-On gadget.

      • Search and register for classes for the Winter 2020 semester. 
      • View and print a copy of your Degree Audit (EVAL), which shows exactly which courses you have taken, are taking, and need to take in order to graduate.  

      Registration Book by Academic School:

      Your academic school’s Registration Book will assist you in selecting classes for each semester according to the course sequence for your program.  The book also includes a breakdown of the pre-requisites for classes, the minors and concentrations that offered for each program, and information on the internship process and other related materials. 

      Registration Advisement:

      Visit your Student Services office to meet with an Advisor who can discuss your degree requirements and help you select the classes you need to stay on track for graduation.

      Follow these steps to REGISTER for your Winter 2020 classes:

      1. CHECK your registration holds on MyMonroe, then CLEAR your holds to register.
      2. PRINT your Degree Audit (EVAL) using Web Advisor in MyMonroe, under the Single Sign On gadget.
      3. FIND the Registration Book divided by Academic School for a guide. Select your classes on your EVAL using the recommended sequence for your Major in the Registration Book.
      4. Review the Web Advisor Instructions to guide you through your on-line registration.
      5. Click on REGISTER for SECTIONS in Web Advisor. 

      • SELECT your Winter 2020 course schedule• Select each desired course and section
      • Write down each course so that you have a hard copy, including course #, section #, and time
      • Press SUBMIT and PRINT a copy of your new schedule and EVAL6. REVIEW your Winter 2020 registration

           6. See your Advisor in Student Services with any questions or to change your Winter 2020 program.
